How To Find The Google My Business URL (3 Simple Steps)
Once you’ve set up a Google My Business listing, you’ll be able to generate a link (URL) for sharing reviews, linking to directions, and building links to your profile.
Here’s how to find your Google Business Profile URL:
1. Log in to Google My Business
To find your Google My Business URL, first sign in to Google My Business: https://www.google.com/business/
Note: If you manage multiple locations, be sure to select the location for which you want to generate a link. Each location / Google Business Profile will have a unique URL.
2. Click the Ask for reviews button
Once logged in, select the location you wish to manage (if multiple locations), and then click the Ask for reviews button.
Update: This reflects the most recent update where Google Business Profiles are now managed (and edited) in Google Search and Google Maps. The Google Business Profile Manager dashboard is no longer used to directly edit business information.
3. Copy the link
Lastly, just copy the g.page
URL!
This will will allow you to share the link via text message, email, or other means of communication. Upon clicking the URL, users will automatically be prompted to leave a review on your listing (see below).
Pro Tip: You can determine how many reviews you’ll need to be competitive using this Google My Business Audit Template & Optimization Checklist, among highlighting other areas for listing improvement.
You can also quickly share a link to your Google Business Profile by removing the /review
from the URL.
Doing so will take users directly to your place on Google Maps (without prompting a review). Alternatively, you can follow this guide on how to get a Google review link for your business.
With this link, you should be able to quickly incorporate the Google My Business Review URL into processes and email sequences to help generate Google Reviews.
Happy SEO-ing 🙂
